April 19-25, 1959, this subject of world trade and world peace was a subject of immense importance. World Trade is the international exchange of capital goods and serves across international borders. World Peace is an ideal of freedom, peace and happiness among and within all nations and /or people. To help accomplish such a vast realm of idealism, the success of trade between all countries is needed. In 1959, ICC met in Washington, D.C. to work to resolve conflicts between countries without war or declarations of war. This helped create an atmosphere of World Peace through World Trade.
