We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express directly through our verified secure website or securely over the phone (call us toll free at 1-866-680-2655). To protect our customers from fraud, we verify the billing addresses and security code (CCV) on every transaction. In most cases an order must ship to the billing addresses on file with the issuing bank. While we may, at our sole discretion, allow an order to ship to an addresses that differs from the billing addresses, we reserve the right to instead ship the order to the billing addresses with no obligation to notify the purchaser. If you should require an order to ship to an alternate addresses, please contact us toll free at 1-866-680-2655 to ensure the option is possible prior to placing your order.

Checks / Money Orders - not recommended

We accept checks and money orders at our sole discretion, however we cannot hold some products until a mail payment has been received. In the event a product is no longer available when your payment is received, we will apply a credit to your account toward future orders and you will be notified of such action via email. All forms of mail payments may be subject to up to a 10 banking day hold regardless of when the payment clears the funding account. Cancellation / Order Modification Policy

We can not guarantee any ability to cancel or modify an order once a payment has been processed and an order number has been issued. We utilize an automated system with warehouse staff operating seven days a week and orders are often in an advanced stage of the fullfillment process within minutes of order confirmation. We encourage you to call us toll free at 1-866-680-2655 and where possible we will assist. Request for cancellation or modification must be made by phone.

Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction and all products may be returned as long as they have not been removed from their original packaging. You must contact us to receive an RMA number prior to returning any items and returned_sales must be postmarked within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. We recommend all returned_sales be shipped back to us fully insured via a third party shipping agent. You accept the risk of loss and title on any items you ship to us prior to us signing for receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. When requesting an RMA number, you must choose from either of the following two options:

  1. 100% of the product cost may be applied to your account to be used on future orders. This amount will be confirmed via email and reflected in your order history.
  2. A refund may be issued in the form of the original payment. Credit card refunds can only be returned to the card that was used to complete the purchase. Any order that was paid via mail will be issued a refund check in approximately 7-10 business days. Please be advised that 5% of the purchase price of the returned product will be withheld from the refund as a re-stocking and processing fee.

Shipping Policy

All orders ship fully insured and via a carrier of our choosing. Orders placed by 2PM MST, Monday through Friday, are generally, but not always, shipped the same day. There are several reasons an order may be delayed, most often due to payment complications and occasionally for quality control purposes.

Expedited shipping    + $2.99 
We utilize a number of expedited shipping methods, however, by selecting expedited shipping, your order will generally ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground services. You can expect your order to arrive 1-5 business days after it has shipped. Expedited shipping charges are in addition to the Standard shipping charges.
Overnight & Date Certain shipping    Call for price

Signature confirmation    + $2.00 
Signature Confirmation gives you an added level of security by requiring a signature from the person who accepts the order. Signature confirmation charges are in addition to the Standard shipping charges.
