Struck by The Perth Mint from 1oz of 99.9% pure silver, this coin was issued as $1 legal tender under the authority of the Government of Tuvalu.

The Perth Mint released only 6,500 of these 1oz Silver Proof Coins .

 DESIGN

The USS Enterprise coin's reverse portrays a color image of U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 flying through space as it appeared in the original Star Trek television series. The design includes the inscription STAR TREK THE ORIGINAL SERIES U.S.S. ENTERPRISE NCC-1701, the Perth Mint’s traditional ‘P’ mintmark, and the coin’s weight and fineness.

The coin is presented in a Star Trek inspired case that lights up and is accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
