Gold Testing Kit - Test Needles - Solution - Stone

This listing is for a Gold Testing Kit. This kit includes 10K, 14K & 18K test needles, 0.5 oz bottles of 10K, 14K & 18K testing solutions, a test stone and an instruction booklet. This kit includes everything you need to get started with gold testing. Rub the metal to be tested onto the stone to remove a small sample. Rub the needle with the appropriate karat next to the sample. Apply a drop of solution to both scratches on the stone, the solution should be the same karat as the needle. If the material does not dissolve, then it is the same karats as the needle and solution. The reaction of the sample and needle scraping should match as well. All of the items come in a wooden box for easy storage. This is a new item from our inventory.
