We are pleased to offer for sale this 1800 Draped Bust Heraldic Eagle Reverse Silver Dollar BB-186 B-4 coin graded and encapsulated as F-15 by NGC.  There were only 220,920 of the 1800 Draped Bust Silver Dollar minted at the Philadelphia Mint. It is unknown how many of the coins were this variety.  This coin is designated as Bowers-Borckardt Number: BB-186, Bolender Number: B-4.

Draped Bust Dollars were minted from 1795-1804. The Heraldic Eagle Reverse variety was minted from 1798-1804. Draped Bust Dollars weigh 26.96 grams and are comprised of .8924 silver and .1076 copper.  These Draped Bust Silver Dollars have an approximate diameter of 39-40mm. This Draped Bust Dollar is of great value to the collector who needs to fill a hole in their Early Dollar set.  Some of our slabbed dollars do have toning.
