The obverse of the 1991-S Mount Rushmore Commemorative Proof Silver Dollar was designed by Marika Somogyi and features an image of Mount Rushmore Memorial wreathed in a laurel. The reverse of the 1991-S Mount Rushmore Commemorative Proof Silver Dollar was designed by Frank Fasparro and features a Heraldic Eagle Crest over a map of the United States.
