We are pleased to offer for sale this Daniel Boone Bicentennial Silver Commemorative Half Dollar (1934-1938) in XF-40 or Better Condition.  This Daniel Boone Bicentennial Silver Commemorative Half Dollar was struck to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the birth of frontiersman Daniel Boone.  There were only 87,187 of the Daniel Boone Bicentennial Silver Commemorative Half Dollar minted at the Philadelphia, Denver, and San Francisco Mints in 1934 through 1938, making it of great worth and value to the commemorative coin collector.  This Danial Boone Silver Coin was designed by Augustus Lukeman.  The Daniel Boone Bicentennial Silver Commemorative Half Dollar features a portrait of Daniel Boone on the obverse and Daniel Boone with war chief Blackfish of the Shawnee tribe on the reverse. The Daniel Boone Silver Coin is comprised of .900 silver and .100 copper (90% Silver), has a diameter of 30.6mm, and weighs 12.5 grams.
