You will receive two 2005 California State Quarters in Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) condition, one each from the Philadelphia and Denver Mints. California was admitted into the Union on September 9th of 1850. The reverse side of the California State Quarter features an image of naturalist and conservationist John Muir admiring Yosemite Valley's monolithic granite headwall and a soaring California condor. The reverse side of the California State Quarter was designed by Alfred Maletsky. All State Quarters are comprised of .750 copper and .250 nickel with a weight of 5.67 grams and a diameter of 24.3mm. These California BU State Quarters come from original U.S. Mint Sets or original bank wrapped rolls. All of our BU State Quarters have nice eye appeal and no major marks or visible problems.  These 2005 P&D California BU State Quarters are worth the price for any collector or numismatist who wishes to fill a space in their collection.
