The reverse side of the Pennsylvania State Quarter was designed by John Mercanti. This 1999-D Pennsylvania BU State Quarter is from the Denver (D) Mint. All State Quarters are comprised of .750 copper and .250 nickel with a weight of 5.67 grams and a diameter of 24.3mm.
