We are pleased to offer for sale this 1936-D San Diego California Pacific International Exposition Commemorative Silver Coin graded and encapsulated as MS-65 by NGC.  There were only 30,092 of this San Diego California Pacific International Exposition Commemorative Half Dollar minted at the Denver (D) Mint.  This 1936-D San Diego Pacific International Exposition Commemorative Silver Half Dollar was struck as a souvenir coin for the exposition.  This California Pacific International Exposition Souvenir Coin was designed by Robert Aiken.  The Commemorative Silver Half Dollar features a seated female with a spear and a bear on the obverse and the observation tower and State of California building at the exposition in San Diego on the reverse.
