Washington.  There were 200,113 of these 1946-D Booker T. Washington Memorial Commemorative Silver Half Dollar Coins minted at the Denver (D) Mint.  The obverse of the Booker T. Washington Commemorative Half Dollar features a portrait of BTW.  The reverse of the 1946-D Booker T. Washington Silver Commemorative Half Dollar has the legend FROM SLAVE CABIN TO HALL OF FAME with his log-cabin birthplace pictured below.
