We will offer a full refund of your purchase price (excluding all shipping & handling charges) if you are not satisfied and the item has not been damaged or removed from the original packaging. To return an item you must contact us for an RMA number and ship the item back within 7 days of receipt. We recommend all returns be shipped back to us with full insurance through a third party shipping agent. You accept the risk of loss and title on any items you ship to us prior to us signing for receipt.
Note that any items returned that were purchased using a promotional shipping rate will be credited less the full shipping rate. |
