We are pleased to offer for sale this 1992-D U.S. Olympic Baseball Commemorative Uncirculated Silver Dollar graded and encapsulated as MS-69 by NGC. There were 187,552 of this Olympic Baseball Uncirculated Silver Dollars minted at the Denver (D) Mint.   This 1992-D U.S. Olympic Baseball Silver Dollar Uncirculated was produced by the U.S. Mint to honor our nations Olympic athletes and to help pay for their training. The obverse of the coin, designed by John R. Deecken, features a pitcher about to throw a pitch.  The reverse of the coin combines the Olympic rings, olive branches, and stars and stripes with a bold USA, designed by Marcel Jovine.

This modern commemorative half dollar is comprised of .920 (92%) copper and .080 (8%) nickel with a diameter of 30.61mm and a weight of 11.34 grams with a reeded edge.
