We are pleased to offer for sale this 1995-D Gymnastics Atlanta XXVI Olympic Games Centennial Commemorative Silver Dollar graded and encapsulated as MS-69 by PCGS.  There were 42,497 of the 1995 Atlanta Olympic Games Centennial Gymnastics Commemorative Silver Dollars minted at the Denver (D) Mint. This 1995-D XXVI Olympiad Gymnastics Dollar was struck to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Modern Olympic Games. The obverse of the coin was designed by James Sharpe and features a men's and women's gymnastics competition.  The reverse of the silver dollar was designed by William Krawczewicz and features an image of clasped hands symbolizing brotherhood and team.  

This modern commemorative silver dollar is comprised of .900 (90%) silver and .100 (10%) copper with a diameter of 38.1mm and a weight of 26.73 grams with a reeded edge.
