We are pleased to offer for sale this 1993-D Bill of Rights James Madison Commemorative Uncirculated Silver Dollar graded and encapsulated as MS 69 by NGC. There were 98,383 of this 1993 Bill of Rights Commemorative Silver Dollar minted at the Denver (D) Mint.  This 1993-D Bill of Rights James Madison Commemorative Silver Dollar was struck to honor James Madison and the Bill of Rights.  The obverse of the Bil of Rights Commemorative Dollar Silver was designed by William Krawczewicz and features a portrait of James Madison. The reverse side of the Bill of Rights James Madison Memorial Coin was designed by Dean McMullen and displays Montpelier, the home of James and Dolly Madison. 

This modern commemorative silver dollar is comprised of .900 (90%) silver and .100 (10%) copper with a diameter of 38.1mm and a weight of 26.73 grams with a reeded edge.
