The obverse of the 2004-P Lewis and Clark Bicentennial Silver Commemorative Dollar was designed by Donna Weaver and features Lewis and Clark standing on a river bank planning another day of exploration. The reverse side of the 2004-P Lewis and Clark Bicentennial Silver Commemorative Dollar was also designed by Donna Weaver and features an image of 2 feathers, 17 stars representing each state in the Union at the time The reverse also depicts a rendition of the peace medal presented to Native American Nations on behalf of President Thomas Jefferson.
