We are pleased to offer for sale this 1993-S Bill of Rights James Madison PROOF Commemorative Silver Dollar graded and encapsulated as PR-70 Deep Cameo (DCAM) by PCGS. There were only 534,001 of this Bill of Rights James Madison Silver Dollar minted at the San Francisco (S) Mint.  This 1993-S Bill of Rights James Madison Commemorative Proof Silver Dollar was struck to honor James Madison and the Bill of Rights.  The obverse of the Bil of Rights Commemorative Dollar Silver Proof was designed by William Krawczewicz and features a portrait of James Madison. The reverse side of the Bil of Rights James Madison Memorial Coin Commemorative Dollar Silver Proof was designed by Dean McMullen and displays Montpelier, the home of James and Dolly Madison.

This modern commemorative silver dollar is comprised of .900 (90%) silver and .100 (10%) copper with a diameter of 38.1mm and a weight of 26.73 grams with a reeded edge.
