We are pleased to offer for sale this 1982 "No P" Roosevelt Dime graded and encapsulated as MS-65 by PCGS. There were 519,475,000 of the 1982 Roosevelt Dimes minted at the Philadelphia (P) Mint however it is unknown how many were this rare "No P mint-mark" error.  Before 1980, dimes minted in Philadelphia did not have a mint mark. Starting in 1980, the letter "P" was placed on Philadelphia dimes above the date.  In 1982 an error occurred when the mint mark was omitted from a small number of dimes

 The Roosevelt Dime series has run from 1946 to Date. Roosevelt Clad Dimes weigh 2.27 grams and are comprised of outer layers of copper-nickel (.750 copper, .250 nickel) bounded to an inner core of pure copper. Roosevelt Dimes have a diameter of 17.9mm.
