We are pleased to offer for sale this 2002-W West Point Bicentennial Commemorative Silver Dollar graded and encapsulated as MS-69 by NGC.  This U.S. Military Academy Commemorative Silver Dollar Coin was minted in 2002 and is in brilliant uncirculated condition. This 2002-W West Point Bicentennial Silver Dollar was struck to commemorate the bicentennial of the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York. There were 103,201 of the 2002-W Military Academy Bicentennial Commemorative Silver Dollars minted at the West Point (W) Mint.  The obverse of the West Point Bicentennial Dollar was designed by James Ferrell and depicts a cadet color guard in parade exercise with the Military Academy's Washington Hall and Cadet Chapel in the background. The reverse side of the West Point Bicentennial Dollar was designed by John Mercanti and features the West Point Bicentennial logo.  This West Point Bicentennial Commemorative Dollar is comprised of .900 silver (90% silver) and .100 alloy with a diameter of 38.1mm and a weight of 26.73 grams.
