We are pleased to offer for sale this 1869 Indian Head Cent coin graded and encapsulated as VF-25 by PCGS.  This 1869 Indian Head Cent is a Variety 3 Bronze, with an Oak Wreath with Shield reverse. There were only 6,420,000 of the 1869 Indian Head Cents minted at the Philadelphia Mint.

The Indian Head Cent series ran from 1859 through 1909. Variety 3 Bronze coin (1864-1909) made of .950 copper and .050 tin and zinc, with a mass of 3.11 grams, and a diameter of 19mm with plain edge.
