We are pleased to offer for sale this 1921 Alabama Centennial Silver Commemorative Half Dollar in Average Circulated Condition. These coins may be cleaned, but have no major marks or problems. They should be great to fill the hole in any early commemorative half dollar or type set collection. This 1921 Alabama Commemorative Half Dollar was designed by Laura Gardin Fraser. The Alabama Half Dollar was struck to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Alabama's entry into the union (which was 1919 but coins were not struck until 1921).  The obverse of the coin features busts of William Wyatt Bibb, the first governor, and T.E. Kilby, governor at time of the centennial.  The reverse features a bald eagle.  Don't miss out on this rare 1921 Alabama Centennial Silver Commemorative Half Dollar at this low price!
