Thes are 90% silver quarters from the Philadelphia Mint.  These coins come in the mint cellophane as they have been cut from original U.S. Mint Uncirculated Sets! Some of the coins do have toning or light spotting inside the cello. We are overstocked and offering these at this incredible price while supplies last!
